To apply for any of our properties you can download the below form, and email through to us at pm@habitatpropertyagents.com.au with copies of passport, drivers license and medicare card, together with 3 payslips and/or work contract.
Draft Form 18A General Tenancy Agreement
Before paying any deposit on a property - we ask that you view the below standard General Tenancy Agreement and email us at pm@habitatpropertyagents.com.au if you have any questions or concerns.
Form 13 Notice of Intention to Leave
Are you vacating your tenancy? Please download, complete and sign the below form and scan/drop into the office to formalise the end of lease.
